1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using Flux Kontext - AI Photo Editor, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your use of the app and the content you create.
2. The service
Flux Kontext provides AI-powered tools that may generate images from text prompts, edit user-selected images with prompts, animate images into videos, and upscale image resolution.
AI results can vary. We do not guarantee that any output will be accurate, unique, error-free, suitable for a specific use, or free from artifacts. You should review all outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.
3. Subscription plans and payments
Flux Kontext currently offers two auto-renewing subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: Provides app access during the weekly subscription period and includes credits for image, edit, and video generation features.
- Monthly Plan: Provides app access during the monthly subscription period and includes credits for image, edit, and video generation features.
Prices, included credits, subscription duration, trial offers, promotional offers, and renewal details are shown in the app and on the Apple purchase sheet before you confirm payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests, billing issues, and payment disputes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We do not receive your full payment card details.
4. Credits
Credits are used to access text to image generation, image to image editing, image to video, and upscaling features. Different tools may require different credit amounts depending on the feature, processing time, model, output type, or subscription plan.
- Credits are not money, stored value, or a gift card.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Included subscription credits are available only while your subscription is active, unless the app states otherwise.
- Unused credits may expire, reset, or stop being available when the subscription period ends, is cancelled, or is refunded, unless required by law or stated in the app.
5. Your content and AI outputs
You keep any rights you have in photos, prompts, edit instructions, and other content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to host, upload, process, transform, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide the app features, operate the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, edit, generate, share, or publish content. Do not upload private, sensitive, copyrighted, or third-party content unless you have the legal right to use it with AI processing services.
Subject to applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, and these Terms, you may use outputs you create. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique or that similar outputs will not be generated for other users.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flux Kontext to create, upload, request, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, invasive, infringing, or unsafe. You also agree not to misuse the app, bypass limits, reverse engineer the service, overload systems, or interfere with security features.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate, exploitative, harassing, hateful, or threatening content.
- Do not impersonate others, mislead viewers, or create deceptive content in a way that causes harm.
- Do not upload content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or unsafe contexts.
- Do not use outputs for illegal surveillance, identity fraud, biometric identification, or unlawful discrimination.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of others.
We may block, limit, remove, refuse, or terminate access to features if we believe these Terms, laws, safety rules, or platform requirements are violated.
7. App availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, models, credits, plans, prices, limits, or availability at any time. Some features depend on third-party services, internet access, device capability, Apple services, and model availability.
We may add or remove free credits, promotions, or trial access at our discretion. Promotional offers may have additional terms shown in the app or App Store purchase flow.
8. Disclaimers
Flux Kontext is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.
AI-generated or AI-edited content may contain mistakes, distortions, offensive material, inaccurate details, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, content, subscription value, credits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, misused credits, abused the service, or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
